My first text book on how it is done. Richie, David and Andy. Part 1 of series

My parents had a lot of really nice furniture. My Mother would leave a room empty for as long as 2 years to save for what she really wanted to own. She died with most of those "prized" pieces of furniture that became part of my home in childhood. Such a different era.

My Dad had a cabinet in his den that in retrospect I kind of wish I had now. It was a really nice piece of furniture. The top and sides were I want to say dark walnut. The front had a door with a woven raised walnut (assuming I have the right wood) front between a 2-3" black/dark brown crossed pattern on each side. I think there was something hand-carved in the middle as well. It had one of those old locks with a key like from "Colonial" times yet there was nothing colonial about the piece.

The television in the den sat on top of that cabinet, one more reason it was a focal point. Around 12, in sixth grade, I became scarily curious about most everything. What is under the TV I wondered? It turned out to be a top notch adult bookstore! Magazines, Betamax video tapes, and books of an "educational" nature. My Father had the male-to-male and female-to-female books in his "library." I went through both, but my interest clearly was on the male-to-male edition.

I invited my friends Andy, David and Richie over to the house. We watched porn in my parents' bedroom while they were not home. I came up with a "rule" that whoever got hard first had to pull out their dick. I am fairly certain that was likely me, but the others quickly followed. I recall that Richie was uncut. I was somewhat fascinated and someone grossed out at the same time. It was the first time I had seen an uncut penis and likely didn't know such a thing existed. What was even more interesting, Richie was the only one in our group who was Jewish. It didn't resonate with me then that circumcision is "right of entry" for Jewish males, but that makes it even more baffling. I remember asking something to the effect of "why is your dick different" and Richie was versed on circumcision (a word I had vague knowledge of at the time) and that his family felt it "was the best idea at the time" or something to that effect. It will never happen and would be awkward at best if I even had the opportunity, but I'd be intrigued to learn the reasoning. I more than understand why one may not be excited subjecting their baby to a bris ceremony especially after attending one. Dipping heads into water in baptism could be argued as an act of torture in the extreme, but it is "just what you do" as a bris is a part of entering the Jewish community. Perhaps there is/was a medical reason or was this a lingering fear post World War II? Richie was born in Michigan as far as I can remember and in either 1968 or 1969 since we are roughly the same age. But, I know if his grandparents, for example, as a few of my friends growing up, were holocaust survivors with scars, physically and mentally that never goes away.

Our circle jerk quickly evolved to our stroking one another. This is the beginning of stories to follow.
